Terms of Use
These terms apply to the game Feira Sort, developed by Felipe Kanai. By downloading or playing it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to play Feira Sort on your own devices, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the game, or use cheats, game bugs or unauthorized software to gain an advantage.
2. Virtual items
Coins, boosters, lives and other in-game items are a license to use them within the game: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. We may adjust the prices, amounts and rules of these items to keep the game balanced.
3. Purchases
Real-money purchases are made and processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, according to each store's rules and prices. Refund requests follow the store's policies and applicable law. The "No Ads" purchase removes the ads between levels; rewarded ads remain available as an option. Permanent purchases can be restored in Settings → Restore purchases.
4. Ads
The game shows third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of the ads or for the advertisers' products, services or websites. Learn how data is used for ads in the Privacy Policy.
5. Updates and availability
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change or remove features, content or the game itself. We do our best to preserve your progress, but it may be lost, for example, if you clear your device's data before a backup has been made.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its characters (including Seu Zé), artwork, music, texts and the Feira Sort brand belong to Felipe Kanai or to their licensors. These terms do not transfer any of these rights to you.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
8. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with an updated date, and important changes will be announced in the game. If you keep playing afterwards, you agree to the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims in the courts where you live, and the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence continue to apply.
